How long does a BodyTalk session take?
A session can take up to an hour. The first session may last a bit longer because you may fill out a Health and Wellbeing form and discuss your health goals with the practitioner.
What kind of results can I expect?
Most clients feel very relaxed and less stressed after a session, and some even fall asleep during a session. Results will vary. Some are immediate, like relief of pain, and others become apparent over time.
How many sessions will I need?
A typical response is 5-7 sessions and we recommend at least three. Your body's innate wisdom will indicate how much time is needed between sessions for processing and when your next session is required. The practitioner will ask your body each time.
Can you have too much BodyTalk?
No. Your body's innate intelligence knows exactly what you need to have addressed at each session, and in what order, and even whether BodyTalk is a priority at all. Every day is different and we change all the time. There is usually something your Innate wisdom wants be balanced.
I have regular Doctor's visits, should I still go?
Yes. BodyTalk is a complimentary system of healthcare. It will enhance all medical treatments as well as those of other modalities. BodyTalk can assist you to overcome negative side effects of medications, thereby helping them to be more effective. BodyTalk facilitates ease with surgical procedures and rehabilitation programmes.
